It's been almost four years since Sassicaia 2016 was released, and since then the world has only seen three releases of the coveted Super Tuscan. Sassicaia 2020 will hit the market when the clock strikes the end of summer 2023, but there is no suggestion that it will dethrone the magical 2016 vintage.
Sassicaia's global success really took off with the launch of the 2016 vintage accompanied by 100 points: it is one of the two best that the house has released. Sassicaia has also made huge historical gains and has almost gained permanent residency on the Liv-ex Power 100 list.
